Ripack 3000

The RIPACK® 3000 propane heat tool takes the best features of the 2200 model and builds upon them to make an even better-designed tool which allows users to heat large areas of shrink wrap safely and quickly. The stainless-steel nozzle can be turned a full 360 degrees and prevents burns with its cold nozzle technology.

The RIPACK® 3000 can wrap a Euro-pallet of one meter height in less than a minute with its 45 to 76kW adjustable heating power. The RIPACK® 3000 provides better safety to persons and goods near the heat tool because any gas leak and any burn by direct contact or by backfire is impossible due to the way this tool has been constructed. The stainless-steel combustion nozzle remains cold even during intensive use. The design of the aluminum body forbids any obstruction of air inlets and the pressure regulator.

Many features, such as the ergonomic, dual-material handle, the easy action of the trigger, the perfect balance of its 1220 grams, the 360° rotating cold nozzle, the swivel-style gas connector, and the hanger ring provide the ability for intensive use of the RIPACK® 3000 with minimal constraint.

The kit includes: heat tool with back-up igniter, 26’ propane hose, Securipack - combined fail-safe regulator, high impact plastic case, and wrench for tightening fittings. Also comes with a one year warranty. Additional options include a swivel connection to eliminate twists in hose, a 2-piece 4’9” extension, and a 6’8” extension.
